1. General Refund Policy

All courses, certifications, and diploma programs, are final and digital products so these are non-refundable.

2. Exceptions for Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, we may consider a partial refund of 50% of the deposited fees, provided the following conditions are met:
- The request is accompanied by verifiable medical documentation, including a doctor’s report and any relevant medical records.
- The refund will only be applicable to the deposited fees; the initial booking amount and any amount less than ₹5,000 are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Amounts

The booking amount and any payments less than ₹5,000 are strictly non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request due to a medical emergency is approved, 50% of the deposited fees will be refunded to your original method of payment within 14 business days. All refund requests and documentation should be sent to info@nutrindia.com.

5. Documentation Requirements

Requests for refunds due to medical emergencies must include:
-A detailed explanation of the situation.
-Official medical reports and documentation from a certified healthcare provider.
